About this one
A leash breaks at three points: the rail saver, the swivel and the cord where it leaves the cuff. This one has a doubled rail saver, two stainless swivels instead of one, and a moulded transition at the cuff rather than a crimp.
The cord is 7 mm, which is thicker than the fashion and drags a little more. In exchange it does not stretch into a spring after one season. If you surf small waves and hate drag, take the 6 ft: same build, thinner cord.
Two years of normal use is what we expect. If yours fails before that and it is not from a rock, send it back and we replace it.
