About this one
Terry towels hold sand because the loops trap it. This one is flat woven, so a shake gets rid of most of it and a second shake gets the rest.
The trade is that it absorbs less per pass than a thick terry towel. It also dries in about a third of the time, folds to the size of a book and weighs 580 grams, which is why it lives in a bag rather than a bathroom.
320 grams per square metre, long enough at 180 cm to lie on without your feet in the sand. It softens for the first three or four washes, then stays where it is.
