How we work
Eight things rather than eighty
Every product here replaced one we had already bought and worn out. We keep a workshop in Hossegor, two sewing partners in Portugal and no marketing budget. That is why the wetsuit is 289 EUR instead of 450, and why there are eight products instead of a catalogue.
Shipping in 48 hours
Free above 80 EUR in mainland Europe, 6 EUR below. Boards ship separately.
30 days to return it
Unworn, in its packaging, return label included. Refunded within a week of arrival.
Payment stays with your bank
Card and bank transfer, 3D Secure. We never see nor store a card number.
Before you order
The four questions we get by email
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 pm leave the workshop the same day, otherwise the next working day. Count two to four days in mainland Europe. Boards are built to order and take six weeks, and you get an email the week yours goes on the bench.
What if the size is wrong?
You have 30 days to send it back, unworn and in its packaging. The return label is in the box. We refund the card within a week of the parcel arriving, and we pay the return shipping when our sizing is what was off.
Where is all this made?
Boards in Hossegor, France. Wetsuit and tee in Portugal, at two workshops we visit twice a year. Wax in Biarritz, soap in Guerande. The flask is made in China and finished in Spain, and we write it here rather than hide it in a footnote.
Do you repair what you sell?
Wetsuits yes, for the price of the rubber plus shipping, for as long as we stock the panel. Boards yes, for dings and fin boxes. Everything else, no: a 14 EUR soap has nothing to repair, and a leash that failed gets replaced instead.
